An Update...

It’s almost here.

On Tuesday, November 19th, I will submit my communication strategy for peer review. Two of my classmates will review it and provide feedback, which I will apply to revisions. My final communication strategy will be submitted to my professors and released publicly on Tuesday, December 3rd.

Before then, expect to see a few glimpses next week at my final materials on Twitter and Facebook. If on Wikipedia, check out the pages “Tropical Cyclones and Climate Change” and “Climate Change in New York City” and see if you can pick out my contributions!

What else is coming on December 3rd? My project video and podcast. In the podcast, I feature Helen Cheng, a Coastal Resiliency Specialist with New York Sea Grant and the Science and Resiliency Institute at Jamaica Bay. It was an amazing experience to be able to speak with her about New York City’s coastal resilience in a changing climate.

A huge thanks to my Professors Mark Sarvary and Kitty Gifford for teaching an amazing and immersive course!
